For making a major departure from Aotearoa-New Zealand's erstwhile sycophantic 'sucking up' to Prime Minister Ardern, one cannot have anything but praise and plaudits for the youthful and feisty Tame, someone who's fast proving he's an unqualified asset to the kiwi media landscape...
Not resiling an inch throughout said interview for a persistent, even rather relentless line of questioning, in which he gave not an ounce of leeway to evasive and arguably devious responses from the PM, Jack Tame put the questions ye average kiwi has wanted and continues to want, and need, and even rightfully demand of the nation's leader...
Well done, Jack, though life's been upon me, as with so many of our fellow NZers, the reason this blogpost is so belated...
