Things Happened Lickety-Split Last Wednesday Evening/Thursday Morning Vis-a-Vis the NZ National Party's - Much-Anticipated & Long-Awaited & Frequently Trumpeted (by the likes of TV3's 'Mover 'n Shaker'-In-Chief Tove O'Brien. F'r'Instance) - Leadership Spill, But Here - & In Short Succession - Are a Number of This Particular Punter's/Lifetime Political Junkie's Views Thereupon...(In No Particular Order)...

(Rather belated) Postscript: Obviously, to be continued - at this rate, obviously later than sooner! Profuse apologies...my 'excuse' is merely that, like for so many, life is purely and simply getting just a little bit on top of me these days, lack of good quality or quantity sleep being my main source of distress.

Meanwhile, All Power - & Kudos - to Te Anau-ites (As My Kid Brother Visits the Place)...for Having the Guts, the Gall, the Gumption & the Gonads to Declare that, 'Come' (the Arrival of) Daylight Savings (Time) Almost Two Full Months On (At This Stage), They'll Retain It Permanently...

Not resiling an inch throughout said interview for a persistent, even rather relentless line of questioning, in which he gave not an ounce of leeway to evasive and arguably devious responses from the PM, Jack Tame put the questions ye average kiwi has wanted and continues to want, and need, and even rightfully  demand   of the nation's leader... Well done, Jack, though life's been upon me, as with so many of our fellow NZers, the reason this blogpost is so belated... Postscript:  Interestingly, you - for a change (from most journos, anyhow) - arguably gave a *gentler interview of **Opposition leader Judith Collins, yet she seemed to fail to profit therefrom...  *Simply as a cour...
