And As/So Far As (American Presidential) 'Inauguration Day', 2021 Is Concerned: If Words DO Really Matter, Then President-Elect Joseph Biden's Inaugural Address Would Have To Go Down As An 'All-Time' (In My Lifetime, That Is!) High Watermark Moment In (Modern) United States History...

 And if somehow or other *brought to realization, would enable the recreation/transformation of America into a barely recognizable place (apropos the present-day)... *The spirit/tenor of Biden's speech, that is, not so much the nuts 'n bolts of legislative enactments and the like, much less his busy as a bee instantaneous plethora of presidential edicts reversing a whole raft of especially contentious Trump Administration policies... Sceptics - and naturally enough, aplenty abound - notwithstanding, Biden's tone and manner and approach betoken better things  for the Republic...better days... And provided the better spirit and attitude thus betokened and evidenced is indeed 'incarnated' over coming years, good things  are indeed in store for the (would be) United States of America...
